“Middle age really sneaks up on you. It seems like one day you’re 30 and the next you’re 50. Like most people. I didn’t really notice how many physical activities had dropped by the wayside as I focused on my career. Work, work, work – that’s what life was all about. My body however, did notice how inactive I had become. I felt slow and sluggish. My back hurt. My weight was building and building and my body fat was almost 20% – that’s creeping into heart attack territory. Eventually the day came when I knew I had to do something about it. But where do you start? How do you reach a goal that feels a million miles away? I almost gave up before I even started.
But then I was lucky enough to meet Jean Michel. I don’t think describing JM as a “Personal Trainer” does him enough justice. He’s my trainer, teacher, partner and friend. His positive outlook, unending enthusiasm and heartfelt encouragement made me realize that I could actually do this. He knows when I’m up, when I’m down, and when I need a little kick in the butt. Thanks to Jean Michel I don’t just feel like I’m 35 again, I actually feel healthier and fitter than I ever have. The physical aspects of my work have become enjoyable again. I’m more agile, have much better upper body strength and I’m not exhausted half way through the day. I just recently tested my body fat and now I’m at 9% – less than half!
I can’t say enough good things about Jean Michel. Training with him is challenging but also lots of fun. The workouts are always changing and never boring – you never know what new idea he’s cooked up. But most of all, he helps you realize that your goal isn’t a million miles away, is actually just around the corner. I can’t wait to get there!”

“Jean-Michel truly took my training to the next level where I needed it. My goals were to improve speed and agility and to train my body to get faster times at my speed skating competitions.
